CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT TIME

Check-in time is after 1400hrs (2:00PM) on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is 1200hrs (12 NOON) on the day of departure. 

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

The booker must notify the Hotel in writing for any cancellation or reduction of the daily number of reserved rooms based on the following schedule, and subject to the stipulated cancellation or no-show charge imposed by the Hotel:

30 days prior to arrival      50% room charge to the value of the entire booking
14 days prior to arrival     75% room charge to the value of the entire booking
7 days prior to arrival or no show       Full room charge equal to the value of the entire booking

PAYMENT

Unless prior credit arrangements have been made with the Hotel, the following will apply:

(i) GROUPS 

30 days prior to arrival    Base on confirmation, 50% of total Room Revenue
14 days prior to arrival       Full payment of total Room Revenue

(ii) FITS

Full payment is needed to be made to the Hotel at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Room bookings cannot be guaranteed without any full prior payment made by booker, additionally may be subjoined to cancellation by the Hotel upon failure.

PAYMENT METHOD

Since Credit cards are not allowed to utilize currently in our hotel, So as to secure the Bookings, any credit cards given to hotel will be taken as guarantee only and we will not be charging your credit card. Thus, you are advised to bring along cash note or use your credit card to draw money out from Bank or ATM Machine to settle hotel bill.
